And also that reference to the title *They should have served that
cup of coffee* was us-centric and I apologize. The title refers to
an early episode in the civil rights movement when black students
entered a Walgreen drugstores (most drugstores had lunch counters
at that time) and ordered a cup of coffee. They came back day after
day, they were beaten, arrested, etc. It was one of those sparks
that start prairie fires.
