Rolf,
You slide slipperily from a not-unreasonable
theory that methane is not of biological origin
to talking in the same vein of "oil and gas." I
have seen no reputable source suggesting that what
may be true of methane (natural gas) holds for oil
or coal.
To Physicist Greenman (did I get that right?):
Have we ever seen a society anywhere that achieved
an "equilibrium nuclear fuel cycle"? Is this supposed
to occur under socialist planning? Like Chernobyl maybe?
