If so, why 2/3 of the country is under state of emergency? why the
military expenditures (w/o counting the expenses of the little war with

who in reality are innocent unarmed people? The fact of the matter is that
the People's War led the PCP continues undefeated and victorious countrywide.
That is the only hope of our country to develop itself and leave behind the

plan designed by the best thinkers of our country Mariategui (founder of the

What the murderer Fujimori has accomplished is:
1. to produce 600,000 additional peruvians in chronic poverty every year,
the spread of TB, Cholera and UTA in the population. 15 million Peruvians
in chronic poverty (65%), 75% of children malnouurished.
2. 7,500 political prisoners and POWs surviving in inhuman conditions.
Blatant tortures and rapes in the prisons.
3. More than 1 million workers fired from their jobs under the IMF plan.
4. The plundering of our country by imperialism, the sell out of our
strategic resources (oil).
5. Major increase of living expenses and crippling taxes for the poor
to pay the foreign debt that now has increased to 37.5 billion dollars.
6. Massive genocides: La Catuta, Cantogrande, Barrios Altos, Huaycan,
Huanta, Lurigancho, Accomarca, etc, etc. all perpetraded by the murderous
army. Death squads: Grupo Colina, Ninjas, Grupo Nipon, all directed by SIN.
7. Drug dealings by the government. The narcogovernment of Fujimori.
8. Trafficking with the adoption of Peruvian children. Selling of children
of the political prisoners.
9. Military occupation of universities: San Marcos, UNI, La Cantuta,
Huancayo, San Martin, etc.
10. Forced sterilization of women, especially of those of peasant origin.
