That sounds like what in Peru we call "un disco rayado" - i.e., a broken
record!  Nothing too strange in some-one whose whole circus act is nothing
but a vulgar repetition of hackneyed platitudes and irrelevant parson's cant.
In Peru, they call such people: "Repetidores" (repeaters or parrots), one
of the worst labels that can be applied by communists to anyone, being
synonimous with that of revisionist.

Please all decent folk in this list should rest assured that "Quispe"
is only an extreme and glaring expression of the lumpen regime of
Fujimori and his agents abroad.

In no way would anyone associated with the ideology or political line
of the Communist Party of Peru ever display such disgusting and base
level of behaviour.  It would not be right if any one should entertain
any notion that such an individual like "Quispe" could in anyway be
linked to the courageous, chivalrous and wise, revolutionary and truly
Marxist Communist Party of Peru, or to any manner or kind of Maoism!
