The old classic  colonialism  dominations has been surpased in the modern age
by more efficient methods of finance caps ,  'loans', "aid', trade  monopoly to
keepdomination and stunt the growth of rivals. of course the military agression
club
is kept close by, US marines/bombing, French  legion, etc. Gina should look
around the world and see how much her vaunted national bourg. have bought into
,and been born into, this set-up. They get the "freedom' to exploit ther 'own'
workers  and accumulate capital + imperialism lets these "newer' coupon
clippers invest huge amounts in western govt. bonds + shift profits overseas-
as long as they 'play ball' and most all of this nat'l bourgeois likes to  play
ball-- and bounce bullets nad truncheons on workers haeds when they fighback.

Gina sees the growth of state capitalism --western style andcollapsed Russian
bloc style somewhat. Bob Malecki needs to see that statification of industry in
not
necesarily 'progressive' and working class. If it was , Then Peronist ,
mussolini
and Francoist regimes would also be on his 'defense list' of his " degenerate
workers states".I am not trying to slander Malecki because he does not support
these outfits of  course. Just point out his contradiction on this. workers
movements , class battles need to  eventually make  mass assuaults on the bourg.
systems and SOCIALIZE the means of productions under revolutionary workers
control,
Rev. councils, militias etc. Robert M. needs to see it is many times the
capitalist   CRISIS cycle  of the BOURGEOIS system itself (as wel l as growing
class antagonisms) ,the
increase before big wars, of growing  organic composition of capital and the
falling
rate of profit which pushes the rulers in this direction-- and in using their
STATE
to support these enterprises with another  share of overall surplus value-
to strenghten capitals grip..
