Fascist governments outline objectives against Peruvian democratic community abroad and supporters of revolution worldwide.

JOSE MARIA AZNAR, presidente of the Spanish government said that once the
European extradition treaty is ratified, he will demand that this be
extended to American countries such as Mexico and Dominican Republica whre
ETA terrorists live as ordinary residents. "Spain could propose the
extension also to countries like Peru, and this would be one of the two ways
of claiming the extradition of subversives from Shining Path and the MRTA
residents within the European Union. In that situation, if the agreement is
extended to Peru, the current 1989 extradition treaty with Peru would be
abrogated. In the case that it would not be possible to extend such
legislation, the other way would be to extradite the subversives using
internal legislation of each community member country, which, obviously,
would have been modified".

According to El Comercio, besides the 4 known supporters of Shining path,
among them -JAVIER y JORGE MUJICA CONTRERAS- there are a few more living in
Madrid. Their activities are generally demonstrations is some public
squares of the Spanish capital demanding freedom for ABIMAEL GUZMAN and
others. These activities are sporadic and do not receive the attention of
the media because they are insignificant.

The two above snippets place the onus squarely on the so called "left" of
the European countries and the USA. Fascism is trying to break through
taking advantage of the lack of solidarity of the so called workers
organisations who, like for example the British SWP, have in fact demanded
this sort of fascist measures long ago against the Peruvian revolutionaries.
Now they find themselves in the same boat with Franco's heirs. A while ago
they complained when I labelled them "black fascists". I think that events
are proving my charges rather quickly. The strangest people are finding
themselves in the "same boat" in opposing the Peruvian revolution: The boat
of the fascist Spanish Falange and the Fujimori regime.

PS: The persons denounced by the reactionary newspaper El Comercio in Lima
ARE NOT, NEVER HAVE BEEN, AND NEVER WILL BE members of the phoney "MPP
Europe" set-up by the capitulators and Co-Rim, but democratic Peruvians long
settled in Spain after suffering persecution in Peru under the Belaunde and
Alan Garcia regimes. We call upon the progressive forces of the world, in
particularly the Spanish proletariat, to defend the life and safety of these
Peruvian democrats.
