I is usually capitalized in English, except among certain undergraduate
poets. Sent is the past tense of send; you probably meant "would send," the
subjunctive. An ellipsis usually consists of three periods, not two, though
since this is presumably the conclusion of your "sentence," four would be
more traditional.

That's can't, with an apostrophe, the usual signifier of a missing letter.
One-liner should proably be hyphenated; it's a compound adjective modifying
commentator, which is an odd, but I supposed defensible, choice of words
here.
