No, Rahul, not a gulag, more like a midwestern shopping mall, with plenty of
bucolic, flat, ecologically neutral accoutrements dazzling tourists and
workers alike from Bombay, Brussels, Istanbul, Buenos Aires and Duluth.

A great experiment in corn-fed egalitarianism.
