I am of course aware of the horrors of the primitive accummulation phase of
English capitalism, but the Irish Famine comes close to rivalling the
Holocaust for sheer bloodiness and deleiberate and callous brutality.
I know you are an exception, Adam, but at times English Marxists strike me
as very English, especially with regard to Ireland!
