"bitch" and other sexist insults

Ethnic and racist issues often get tangled up with sexist issues.

It is therefore unfortunate that in protesting against Rakesh's
post Francis Nesbitt used the phrase "fucking racist bitch"

The track record of this l'st is one of particular opposition to sexist
insults, and I am surprised this post has not already started
a time consuming flame war.

Contrary to what Francis may assume, Rakesh is not female.

Could he agree that we may read his insult as something like
"fucking racist bastard".

I must admit I was surprised by Rakesh's post - references to
controlling "our" borders etc, and had to do a double take
to check that this was not actually Rakesh, but Fukuyama speaking.

My only suggestion is that Rakesh quite often posts particularly
interesting passages. IMO their relevance would be strengthened if
he expressed his own opinion on them more directly.

Anyway I am sure he will come back to clarify that his intention
was not racist, even if the impression had been given.

To Francis I would say, this l'st also has a track record of not
getting very far with insults. Could you be more precise about the
points in the passage, which you considered racist, and we might get
down to a serious argument about principles.
