MIM replies: Adolfo Olaechea is correct. The story of Calero, whether
invented or not, the issue of a member of the Peruvian masses getting
picked up by U.S. police--such things are going to go on, sometimes fake,
often times real. And Quispe is the type of person that Gina and CRCPA
wants innocent Peruvian masses to trust with details of their lives! It's
outrageous!

"MPP-USA" leaders are accused by several people of varying political
persuasions of fabricating documents and attempting to divide various
organizations with those documents. How can anyone say that immigrants
to the united states, where the government is known for its viciousness in
handling immigrants, how can anyone with any sense believe that "Quispe"
should be left in a position trafficking with the PCP name? How many
trusting people are going to look to him for help? Is anyone so foolish as to
think the PCP would really want Quispe to continue in an important
position of trust?

How many people want to be responsible for setting up Quispe as a
trustworthy figure for the masses to ask assistance from? So far, in the
united states, Gina, and a bunch of committeeites in Australia, who don't
have a tenth of MIM's experience with Quispe.

Anyone who has done the work of a "tribune of the people" as Lenin said,
knows that desperate masses will come to them looking for help, the help
of strong and clear mind and leadership of presumed integrity. It is
imperative that we no longer sit back and be Liberal saying it doesn't really
matter and it's the PCP's fault back in Lima anyway if Quispe really is a
fraud. No, these things have concrete consequences here and now and they
are OUR fault, not Lima's. For labor aristocrats, exposing cops is a low
priority, and they believe we might as well just let them speak on the INTERNET,
because labor aristocrats aren't threatened by cops--but for the
proletariat, exposing cops and having leaders of integrity can be a
life-and-death matter!

MIM will contribute to the defense of Calero--trafficker or not--but only
through an organization independent of "MPP-USA."
