OFF THE FENCE
On Mon, 27 May 1996, Adolfo Olachea (no sorry, it was the Committee
Sol-Peru London no doubt at an urgently convened midnight meeting at
Adolfo's to frame a response to an e-mail post from me [amazing how you
can get your Committee together so quickly]) wrote:

Speaking for myself, I simply don't have any direct evidence to
reach firm conclusions about all the things raised about your
committee. But from what Arce Borja and Adolfo Olaechea (and for
that matter Jay Miles) have said about "100% police hoax" and
"there is no two line struggle with the enemy" my (albeit humble)
view is that you don't understand Maoist two-line struggle inside
the communist party.
It is said that the Committee Sol-Peru, London is "Olaechea
permanently hooked to the internet". Well I don't know that for
sure but inferences can certainly be drawn about that based on
the speed at which your committee is able to convene and draft a
response to an email post from this list and then post it within a
few hours (in the middle of a whole lot of other posts from AO).
I'm the only one (at the moment) amongst comrades in Australia
with access to the internet. I have to print off e-mail posts and
they are then passed around. Don't you have that problem too?
Is it true what it is said that Arce has done to the Italian
comrades of RedWorker?
> Who are you to talk about "leading comrades in PCP"?
I have included your original post so people can see for
themselves that I never said, "leading comrades in PCP". You have
altered/misquoted my words. The New Flag/MPP,USA are leading
comrades in the international solidarity movement. They follow
the line of the PCP as laid down in PCP documents.
> Quispe and company are working for the capitulators.
Crap!!! AO uses a lot of words against Quispe, but where is the
evidence? Aren't you working in the WMC with the MIM who are on
record saying there's nothing wrong with Comrade Gonzalo calling
for peace negotiations.

Yes clarity is important. How is the WMC going to reconcile the bizarre
and reactionary views of the MIM and Martens with MLM, Gonzalo Thought?
I note that you choose my criticisms of MIM and support for The New
Flag/MPP,USA as a platform from which to criticise me. Where do you stand
on the quotes from MIM above? Remember what Mao said, "If you lie down
with dogs, you get fleas" (That goes for Martens too.)
Some of us on this list are subject to democratic centralism. I have
waited to reply to this until the CRCPA and CSRP have made public their
joint decision to not endorse the WMC.
Please, something better than 'clone', 'clown', 'dupe' in your response.
Let's all try and be Maoists, raise our struggle to the level of line.
