The Communist Party of Peru heads the World Mobilisation Commission by means
of his generated organism the MOVIMIENTO POPULAR PERU (MPP).

"Quispe" is nothing but a Fujimori agent which has been uncovered.  Only
imbeciles suffering from "mad cow disease" or spycho-warriors at the service
of the imperialist secret services can ask silly questions like that,
showing either that nothing registers into their diseased brains or that
they are paid to play "second fiddle" to the "peace agreement plot" and
their open propagandists and the secret agents working to support and
succour them by usurping the name of MPP with the support and finance of the
US imperialists, the originators and puppeteers of this
counter-revolutionary scheme.
