Thanks (To Red Star Information Service and to Quispe according to
their respective contributions) for these statements of
Mariategui's position,
which appears to be a creative integration of the general line of
the international communist movement at that time, on the
struggle in semi-colonial and semi-feudal countries.

Why I wonder however, do the PCP and its supporters now criticise
Peruvian leftists who currently analyse the country's position
in terms of *dependency theory*?
