Malecki's War, p.s.
Bob, look again. On a news group, I used a subject line saying "boycott,
Malecki's". This means "Malecki's boycott", as distinguished from other
boycotts. It only looks like "boycott Malecki" if you're in a hurry or
something.
Far from "blocking with the right wing", Bob, I feel that I am doing nothing
counter-revolutionary. I just think that the left would be better off if we
devoted ourselves to other things, not a hate campaign against a leftish
list. However much I respect your sincerity, I believe that what you are
doing is not actually helpful to the cause at large. Unfortunately, it even
makes you look bad in the eyes of some other equally sincere socialists.
(Not all, of course. There will be different opinions.)
I hope that you will take a calm moment to consider this note, and try to
believe me - I am saying this in sincere camaraderie.
Your friend, if you'll let me,
Knaife N.
