The so called "Nuevo Diario" (New Diario), is nothing new.  The Fujimori
regime has been trying this one for years.  It is nothing but a
counter-intelligence operations that the masses throw into the rubbish bins
with laughter since it upholds the "peace agreement plot".  FURTHER EVIDENCE
THAT THE SO CALLED "MPP USA" IS NOTHING BUT A FURTHER ELEMENT OF THE
FUJIMORI PLOT AND EXPLIANS THE PREVIOUS OCCASSION IN WHICH "QUISPE" THEN
POSING AS A FOLLOWER OF OUR LINE CHANGED THE NAME OF ARCE BORJA FOR THAT OF
CARLOS BANDA, A TURNCOAT WHO WAS RELEASED FROM JAIL BY FUJIMORI AFTER
SIGNING THE "LAW OF REPENTANCE"!
