Aguirre) DEMONSTRATES AND SHOWS THE TRUE CONECCTIONS OF THE PHONEY "MPP
USA", THE "SOL ROJO" AND "NEW FLAG" MAGAZINES WITH THE BLACK GANG OF
CAPITULATORS AND POLICE AGENTS PLYING FUJIMORI'S WARES OF "PEACE AGREEMENT":

SO HERE IS ABSOLUTE PROOF THAT "QUISPE" IS WORKING WITH THOSE DIRECTLY
PROPAGATING AND DEFENDING THE "PEACE AGREEMENT PLOT" - A COMPLETE SELF
INCRIMINATION FROM THE FUJIMORI AGENT "QUISPE", ATTACHED TO THE US FBI AND
UNDER THE CONTROL OF THE PERUVIAN SIN IN CHARGE OF IMPLEMENTING THE LATEST
STAGE OF OPERATION "AMBASSADORS".

Carlos E. La Torre y Delia La Torre who actually live and work with the
Fujimori SIN agent, their "nephew" Javier Esparza Marquez, are nothing but
vulgar traitors to the revolution and to the memory of Comrade Nohrah, and
Chairman Gonzalo and the PCP would not want anything to them with them any
any circunstances.

The PCP is a Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Party. Any one supporting the "peace
agreement plot" is a traitor to the people and the revolution.  That is what
the Central Committee has established.  One thing is deluded masses in a
remote village or a shanty town - and even there, they get their
commeuppance if they defy the Party. Another thing is big wigs like the La
Torre couple who have paraded themselves all over Europe escorted by the
Avakian apparatus.  In fact these "twosome" only "broke" with Avakian when
he finally broke his silence and started to pretend to be against the "peace
agreement" plot.  They "broke" with Avakian BECAUSE THEY ARE IN FACT DIRECT
DEFENDERS OF THE FUJIMORI "PEACE AGREEMENT PLOT"

To support the "peace agreement" plot of the Fujimori regime, in public,
before TV cameras and the media, is no "mistake". Only a wriggling snake can
speak in that fashion.  It is a complete betrayal of the Party and the
revolution that makes Avakian's equivocations look like the lightest of
misdemeanours.

So who can commit such "little mistakes", not once or twice, but over three
years including the last time the spoke to defend their "nephew" Esparza and
accuse the Communist Party of "a terrorist attempt to assassinate him", and,
moreover get away with these crimes against the people because of their
family conecctions? In the Peruvian revolution - moreover one which is at
this stage an anti-feudal revolution where does the category of "communist
royal families" fit into that? Sargent Chucky has mixed up his
Fujimori/SIN/FBI script:  The "feudal Lord" is suppossed to be "Don Adolfo"
- remember?.

We are here talking of Chairman Gonzalo, a real Maoist leader, not of Teng
Xiao-ping and his "golden handshake children".  We are talking of the
Peruvian revolution and the Communist Party of Peru, not of a medieval
monarchy.  Agent Chucky should have been posted to some Far or Middle
Eastern court indeed!  Great mistake from Fujimori.

Moreover:  The "TELEPHONE DIRECTIVE FROM CHAIRMAN GONZALO" which JAVIER
ESPARZA fabricated was in fact engineered and supported by both La Torres.
This is undeniable fact and there is more than sufficient evidence that
these people are key elements in Fujimori's plot.  Carlos and Delia La
Torre, far from being "apolitical people" have a long political history:
Carlos E. La Torre was regional secretary for Ayacucho for the revisionist
Party "Unidad" (Jorge del Prado), and both of them are members of the Co-RIM
controlled International Emergency Committee.

The real plot begins to unravel, and Chucky is already run out of disguises.
Denounce these traitors!. American comrades, revolutionaries and
progressives all over the world: Denounce the Fujimori agent "Quispe". Do
not allow these despicable snakes to traffick with the name of the PCP and
the Peruvian revolution for one single minute more!
