Not that I know of to either question. Thurow is an interesting guy. Back
in the 1970s he used to consort with radicals, and even wrote some
quasi-radical stuff himself. He went more mainstream in the 1980s, touting
Japanese industrial policy as a model, but seems to have an obsession now
with inequality and wage stagnation. He's still quite pro-capitalist, of
course, but for a bourgeois, he asks some pretty sharp questions.
