Re: Waffling! And a cartoon character does his somersaults!
Like an Amazonian mosquito (or vampire?), Adolfo hangs in the air awaiting
his chance to suck someone else's red blood. This time he thinks Robert M
might give him a meal:
>How are "malecki the movie"'s advance rights settling down into your
>"proletarian" pockets? Maybe you can shell out a few pennies to continue
>building up the bogus "revolutionary Internet Inkarri" as a worthwhile
>Hollywood script with a supporting cast of jesuitical liberal bourgeois
>dressed up as "Internet Maoists" who grace our list from time to time.
1) Why should a revolutionary Marxist receive any less than anybody else
for a commodity on the market? I bet your translations aren't the cheapest
in town, and you wouldn't respect yourself if they were -- or do you think
it's good to undercut the market?
2) If you'd've been paying attention, you'd've seen that the deal doesn't
involve money so much as presenting Robert's work. Good luck to him for the
coverage, better luck to him with the money!
>In any case, good luck too you too, in your new status as a Robert Crumb
>character, our own "Fritz the Red Cat leader of Cheese Riots" bred and born
>in Internet.
Adolfo, I think Robert Crumb might do you as the Knight of the Doleful
Visage trying to get enlightenment from Mr Natural. Though instead of
windmills you'd be tilting at paper tigers.
>Enjoy the high life that comes with it, since you have wailed your misery
>enough to deserve the handouts from the bourgeoisie with a social
>conscience. But, before you come bumping down to earth, come the
>revolution, remember to look in the mirror before you speak!
Wow! Robert levitates! Now that's a trick you can really charge for! And
looking in the mirror before Adolfo pulls the antigravity from under him,
what does Robert see?
>It sounds to me like looking at the mote on your neighbour's eye malecki,
>and failing to notice the sky-scrapper iron beam portruding from yours!
Yes folks, it's that iron fetish of Adolfo's again! A sky-scrapper beam
this time to match Robert's fighting spirit, and portruding no less.
Adolfo, the images you Maoists conjure up with your rhetoric are priceless.
Iron brooms, iron hands ruling the pissoir, and now poor old Robert
floating in front of a mirror with an iron sky-scrapper beam sticking out
of his head!
I'll give you another one for free:
Let the non-national bourgeoisie -- with whom we shall never make a
class-collaborationist deal unless they say they're national like
Chiang Kai-Shek did -- eat iron cake!
You can put it in caps to make it REALLY impressive!
Cheers,
Hugh
PS There has been civil war in Peru for sixteen years now -- a chronic
revolutionary situation that has outlasted the Thatchers and the Reagans.
I send greetings to all in Peru who are fighting for an internationalist
socialist revolution, for the overthrow of capitalism and the construction
of a workers' state with no capitalists and no bureaucrats, run according
to the principles of workers' democracy.
I salute all the poor who have taken up arms against the imperialist puppet
regime of Fujimori and his predecessors.
I salute especially those who have not turned their arms against their
class brothers and sisters.
The Fujimori regime has no legitimacy, and has no right to hold political
prisoners for opposing the semi-colonial state and its oppression - Freedom
for all political prisoners!
