Dear Comrades

The People's War in Peru, led by the Communist Party of Peru, continues to
advance notwithstanding allegations to the contrary and nothwithstanding any
disruption caused by those who would not condemn the attempts by the
Fujimori regime to claim that Chairman Gonzalo had "called off the People's War.

We support the calling of a WORLD MOBILISATION COMMISSION in defence of the
revolutionary principles of Marxism-Leninism as embodied today in the
courageous and victorious People's War in Peru.  This is a timely step in
the building of genuine solidarity with the Peruvian revolution.

Victory to the Peruvian Revolution!
Long Live Proletarian Internationalism!

Estimados camaradas:

La Guerra Popular en el Peru, dirigida por el Partido Comunista del Peru,
continua avanzando a pesar de los alegatos al contrario, y sin importar la
cizanha causada por aquellos que se niegan a condenar la campanha del
regimen Fujimori que apunta a hacer creer que el Presidente Gonzalo ha
llamado a poner termino a la Guerra Popular.

Apoyamos el llamado para constituir una COMISION MUNDIAL DE MOBILIZACION
para defender los principios revolucionarios del Marxismo-Leninismo como hoy
se encarnan el la heroica y victoriosa Guerra Popular en el Peru. Este es un
paso decisivo para la contruccion de un movimiento de autentica solidaridad
con la revolucion peruana.

Victoria a la Revolucion Peruana!
Viva el Internacionalismo Proletario!
