To whom....,
Has anyone got any information about the situation in Newton Falls
(?) Mass., where the town council has voted to directly expropriate a factory
owner by declaring eminent domain over the factory he is closing (largely for
tax reasons, I understand).
Could such a thing get even this jaded crowd excited?
