Well, i think that this has to do with two things. The first that you say
they are youth. The second is that they are perhaps a lot more desperate
then workers. The big problem here is as you say they are part of the whole
movement. But because of their isolation from the proletariat and its
organisations these youth naturally see their program in a more immediate
sense "lets get even with the cops".
Our problem is that either these elements will be organised as forces
working for revolution or counter.revolution and facism..
I have no really clear picture of just what should be done. Perhaps the
neccessity of transitional organisations, and special forms of work are
neccessary. However the program and tactics should naturally lead this
toward a pro working class revolution.
Because the facists are certainly waiting in the wings with a entirely
different program..
In fact perhaps the trade unions and these special forms of organisation
will be linked both by the party but also program.. So i am for special
organisations if it will move the struggle forward..
Naturally the party must agitate in a principled way in both unions and
other organisational forms. This means not capitulating either to trade
union conciousness nor the conciousness of the urban youth....
