That reminds me. There was a book called "Patterns of China's Lost
Harmony: a survey of the country's environmental degradation and
protection" by Richard L. Edmonds that was published by Routledge in 1994.
This book was printed in very small numbers and has not been re-issued in
paperback. If anybody ever stumbles across a copy, could you please give
me a holler.
