I like that. I once saw this aphorism in a Turkish cookbook: "Who drinks on
credit gets twice as drunk." I'm not sure whether that's because one drinks
twice as much, or the same amount of booze makes you feel twice as drunk or
some combination of both. But either way, it captures a great truth about
credit.
