Don't insult anarchism by associating it in any way with the views of the
Enlightened One. There are several strains which IMHO are fairly coherent
and sensible. I think in fact that what is needed is a constructive
dialogue between Marxism and anarchism. Not necessarily between proponents
of each, because that would degenerate into a squabble over who destroyed
the First International, why Lenin suppressed the anarchists in Russia, and
who was responsible for allowing the Stalinist counterrevolution in Spain.
I think, however, that Marxism must be informed more by libertarian ideas.
