"Peruvian" knifing in Stockholm - who's behind it? 2/2 [Sent: 15.04.96]

     *The struggle in the IEC and in its Malmoe local group*

In the IEC Malmoe local group, from March 1993 on I pointed out
the phoney, reactionary character of the "RIM Declaration". (For proof
of this character, see my posting UNITE! Info #3en, of 01.01.96.)
I pointed out that it was necessary to criticize the serious mistake
made by the PCP in signing this document, so that this error could
be corrected. Apparently, the other members of our group failed to
realize the facts of this. And in particular, one individual, to whom I
shall refer as "T.P." (for "Traficante Politico") and who functioned as a
sort of "local Inka" in it, systematically tried to suppress all
discussion on this subject.

When the "peace accord" hoax came up in late 1993, there was, in
the first place, an apparent complete split between the Stockholm
openly capitulationist group, on the one hand, and Mr. T.P. and his
followers in Malmoe on the other. However, it soon turned out that the
subversionist leaders of the "RIM" covertly supported the hoax. In
a phoney statement of 26.12.93 of "support" for the PCP, they
pointedly avoided all mention of the vital declaration of 07.10.93 of
its CC, which precisely exposed that hoax, and they in fact for more
than a year continued to suppress all information on the very existence
of this declaration, and thus in fact now quite openly stabbed the
Peruvian people in the back, openly helped the Fujimori regime
and their true masters, the US imperialists above all, in their efforts
at internationally encircling and supressing the PCP.

At a meeting of the IEC Malmoe local group on 05.04.94, I proposed
that we as a group write a letter to the IEC Coordinating Commitee in
London with the proposal, to be circulated to the Steering Committee
members in all other countries as well, that the IEC publish the vital
PCP CC declaration of Oct '93 in one of its Emergency Bulletins,
which were being sent to some 40 countries. T.P violently attacked
this proposal. Although he himself, in order to keep up appearances,
had accepted the dissemination locally in the Malmoe region of the
Oct '93 declaration, he was most strongly against its being published
internationally by the IEC, since this would have put the searchlight
precisely on to the open treason now being perpetrated by his friends
the phoney"Marxist" leaders of the "RIM". T.P. and others managed to
make the meeting  decline my proposal with the vote of 11 "no":s
against my own single "yea". He even, unsuccessfully, tried to
persuade our local group into condemning me for having put forward
this proposal at all.

Despite the lack of local support, I considered it necessary of course
to contribute towards breaking through, internationally, the
reactionares' silence on the Oct '93 PCP CC declaration, so on
12.04.94, I wrote a letter of my own to the IEC London central with
the proposal that we, the IEC, publish that declaration. In my capacity
as SC member I requested that my proposal be circulated, in
accordance with the IEC by-laws, to all other SC members in those
countries where we were represented. The IEC Coordinating Committee
refused even to circulate this request and thus made itself illegal. It
also flagrantly suppressed an important statement by our Bolivian chapter
of 07.02.94 which expressly supported the Oct '93 decaration. As I later
pointed out in a call, published by me in February 1995, for the
convening of a plenary meeting of the IEC:s Steering Committee, this
Coordinating Committee, because of its flagrant non-compliance with our
by-laws, in fact no longer represents the IEC. It still needs to be
thrown out of office.

Meanwhile, the phoney"Marxist" subversionists also have made great
efforts at liquidating the IEC and the important international mass
movement which it has represented completely, since it has "threatened
to grow over the heads" of these crooks and the original, reactionary,
political aims which, on their part, those people hoped that it might
further. They have maintained that "the IEC has played out its
role" etc. How can this be, when comrade Gonzalo is still in captivity
and even in brutal isolation? I'll continue to combat the attempts at
liquidating the IEC, and in this posting I'm putting forward once more
the suggstion to all other IEC activists to team up with me in this, so
that we'll not simply let the subversionists kill this movement off.


     *The leaflet "INFORMATIONSBLAD No. 24 Eng" of 12.08.94
     and some capitulationist dealings in Southern Sweden*

On 12.08.1994, I published, as No. 24 of a leaflet series which I had
been publishing (normally in Swedish) since 1975, the
INFORMATIONSBLAD series, an 8-page article this time in English;
it was entitled "Why Does the RIM Help U.S. Imperialism Encircle the
PCP?", and I disseminated it internationally as far as then possible.
In this article, among other things, the phoney"Marxist", actually
reactionary nature of the 1984 "RIM Declaration", which in the
meantime had ben translated into more than 20 languages and had
obviously been a quite important tool in the attempts by the
subversionists to suppress Marxism, Leninism and Mao Zedong
Thought and to deflect some genuine but ignorant revolutionaries
away from the correct orientation, was publicly exposed. This, as
far as I know, was the first time that this had been done. Therefore
I considered and still consider this article as a quite important one.
(On the Internet, it was posted on 01.01.96 as "UNITE! Info #3en".)

Meanwhile, apparently an international meeting of people (actually
or supposedly) supporting the MPP (People's Movement Peru) in
a number of countries had been convened in Lund, which is quite
close to Malmoe in Southern Sweden. I knew nothing about it at
the time; nobody(!) took the trouble to inform me. Later reports
have indicated that Mr. T.P., who had obviously still not been seen
through by some people as a reactionary element, played an
important role at this meeting, together with some leading
persons of the phoney"Marxist" "RIM", who were obviously, and
mysteriously, *still* allowed to pose as "supporters" of the People's
War in Peru, *not* being rejected and exposed as traitors, even after
they had been publicly stabbing that war in the back for months!

How  was this possible? I'm still unable to tell. But it certainly points
to its being advisable for all genuine revolutionaries to exercise
a certain caution in dealing with those people who in one way or
another are connected with the so-called "RIM".

In October 1994 I received a dirty reactionary letter from T.P. and
some of his followers, who pretended that they had held a "meeting"
of our Malmoe IEC group on 05.07.94 - a quite illegal "meeting" in
that case, since neither I nor several other people were called to it -
which had "excluded" me "by reason of" some imaginary vaguely
described "offences". It was an action of course directed above all
against my exposure of not only the leaders of the "RIM" but of the
reactionary character of that entire phoney "movement", and it was
also a part of the liquidation actions against the IEC. Later, however,
others than me here in the Malmoe region likewise began to realize
fully the treacherous nature of the more covert capitulationist group
whose local leader here was T.P.


     *The struggle for supporting El Diario Internacional*

>From early 1994 on, the silence of the "RIM" leaders on the
reactionary "peace accord" hoax was quite openly criticized and
attacked by the monthly El Diario Internacional, which since several
years is being published in Brussels by Luis Arce Borja and whose
stated aim is to serve the oppressed masses in Peru. Therefore,
this monthly was eventually subjected to the boycott and obstruction
by the "RIM" leaders and their followers in several countries, such as
Mr. T.P. et al here in Sweden, as well as by those who quite openly
defended the hoax. From March 1995 on, the distribution of El Diario
Internacional here in Malmoe and to other parts of Sweden has been
taken over by me and by some other opponents of capitulationism.
A Sol-Peru Committee was formed in Malmoe in 1995. It supports
the struggle against "Operation Capitulation". And, as even the
reactionary newspaper Aftonbladet had to admit, this Operation
now has come under public attack in Stockholm, too.

The fight against this hoax and the fight against the phoney"Marxist"
subversionists and their deceitful deviationist propaganda, for the
correct line of Marx, Lenin and Mao Zedong, will contiune here in
Sweden and will not be held up by any provocations, however nasty.
