Nazi-Russian Pact

Dear freinds,

B. Rosser has exposed  one of many achilles heels of the Mao-stalin  old
state-cap ' communist workers movememt".
The Aug 1939 Pact, in addition to a carve up (temporary) of East Europe between
German and Russian imperailism, I have read there were also other such "secrect
protocols' calling also  for economic mutual aide and cooperation too- viz
German technology transfers to Russia and Russian natural resources (oil, etc)
traded and sold  to the German Reich
but one of the other criminal aspects of the cynical agreement was that Stalins
state cap.  government also agreed to send back dozens of  German communist
refugees who had fled to Russia in the 30s to the tender mercies of the Gestapo.

I don't wish to be one sided , the "democratic allies", other imperialist
sharks,  were also trying to clinch their own Pact with the Nazi Reich via the
Munich pact of 09/38 and  after the ensuing events in Czechoslovakia in 03/39,
if I am Correct, the  Brits Lord Runciman (& Lord Halifax) and other top
diplomatic officials were actually in Russia trying to seek another Pact  , this
time with Russia, right  up to 08/23/39 when the Nazi-Soviet pact was signed.
It was rubber pants time for them but this is part of criminal  imperialist
bourgeois diplomacy.
All these imperialist criminals were  to blame , France, US, Japan, Britain,
Russia
and the German Nazi Reich, Italy etc.. The real disaster for the workers is that
unlike  WW1, for the most part ,the working class resistance had been crushed
and/ or rev politics obliterated/mystified already   and dumped in to the
"chioce" of being slaughtered for fascist or anti-fascist capitalism.
That is the lesson we really have to learn to avoid again! A new, workers
movement must instead stick to the path of socialist politics and Goals,  not
letting the reactionary  (liberal, republican or fascist) bourgeois system wrap
itself up as if this were 1861 in the US or 1789 in France, or 1870 in Germany
and seeing  that fighting Capitalist wars of the 20th Cent was not the same as
the 19th or the 18th Cent. (and even then, in the "progressive Capitalist era"
their colonial depradations/conquests  were horrid!!).

I am an ex-Maoist from many years back but really  comrades , certainly by now
its time to fess up to this criminal aspects of our own movements past, even
though subjectively , we thought we were in the van of human -working class
progress
as many maoists-stalinos-Pol Pottys  still do today ,but they are wrong and we
have to face the music. Let's organize for workers  socialism, not state
capitalism.
