        You haven't answered my question, and it was a question.  You are
hoping to be a major player in a Marxist military revolution against a
neo-fascist government.  You have certain loyal power base.  You have
weapons.  You have political competitors who, while not as dialectically
advanced as you are, may be decent people whose hearts are with the
proletariat.



        Now, presume you have won.  Presume the uprising and military
campaign have succeeded.  Presume you are in control of the organs of
government.  A sizeable percentage of the left now wants reassurance that you
are not just another, larger junta,  You have said that you are "the people",
but now some of the people are asking you to prove it.   How do we know?  Why
should we believe you?  What portion of the citizens do you claim to
represent?  How will you demonstrate that?  How will you tell the people of
Peru that you are not just a force of arms and banners, but that you
represent a plurality in a democratic way?



        Enough with the slogans, what actions will you take?
