Of course they do and so do ASIO, MI5 and all the filth.  But think of the
dialectic. One of my favourite fantasies is of over hearing a conversation
in an office somewhere in the Penatagon devoted to the monitoring of this
list.  It goes like this:-

Boss: Smith you are to take the LTV  corner for the next four weeks.

Smith: For crissakes, boss I have been following it for two months already.

Boss:  Shut up Smith or you'll get the FRP as well!
