Louis: Magnus has the moral high ground here. I've been very naughty but
promise to behave myself as best I can in the future. I deeply appreciate
Magnus' willingness to speak up as a subscriber. Sometimes this type of
perspective from a "reader" is like a glass of water splashed in one's face.
Since Magnus is from northern Finland or someplace like that, the water feels
especially cold and bracing. Brrrr.
