Trade Unions & the Elections
- Subject: Trade Unions & the Elections

I recently heard that the United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners (my
union) was considering putting nearly all their resources into defeating the
freshman Republican class of '94, and more or less leaving the presidential
race untouched. Does anybody know what the other unions are planning (other
than the other Democrat Party stalwarts like Bill Bywater of the (Imitation)
UE and others of that ilk who are already at the south end of Clinton's
behind? Also, what of the recent Roper(?) poll that shows Buchanan leading
3-1 among union members?
