I'm missing something here, Shawgi. I was sure that the Chinese leadership
for the last 20 (18?) years had deviated from the One True Stalinist Path.
Aren't they just a bunch of revisionists? Isn't China just a state
capitalist pseudosocialist regime?

P.S. Pity the people of Taiwan if the Chinese actually manage to "assert
their sovereignty" over it (which, of course, they won't).
