10,440 doesn't seem so bad.

OK, so it wasn't even close to winning. But from the situation you've
outlined, these 10,440 seem to be quite a "hard" minority, the left
of the lefts.

As you rightly say, "we need is a full of exchange of concrete situations
that activists face at workplaces and at union locals, and thus encourage
our activists and strengthen our unity through more concrete struggles".

If the 10,440 could form an organisation on this basis, inside or outside
of the JSP, this would be a very good starting point, wouldn't it ?
