In reply to Jerry:
Oh, I see, you can play with mail, multiple meanings and intentional
ambiguity, but you don't like it when I do.
If we fail to communicate, well, my point was, I didn't know what you
meant by alluding to "what's not said". It seems that you did
understand that bit.
"What was "not said" was what _specific_ uses game theory has in
political economy. "
Now this is a bit more clear to me. Thanks. But game theory in PE
is not my best subject and I already have a dissertation topic in
mind. I learned and use MI primarily in biology and anthropology.
"I didn't throw any "darts" at you (certainly not intentionally)."
Cryptic [to me] jabs about the inadequacies of my posts are examples
of what I call 'darts', i.e. it claims holes in my argument without
offering a counter-argument or discussion. It feels a bit like a
bug-bite.
"I can live without jam (which I don't like). Why are you suggesting,
though, that since I don't like rhubarb jam, I nave no taste?"
Lighten up. I guess I was not being obviously silly enough for you
to recognize that as a joke-jab. Or a jam-jab, counter-jab, jam-joke
or something. Of course not everybody likes rhubarb, including the
verbal variety... sheesh.
Do I really have to resort to smiley faces? Or resurrect my old
**IRONY ALERT** sign?
Now let's not spend much list-time on discussion of discussion ...
