Subject: Marx/Engels Internet Archive -- SEARCH ENGINE
Yes, at long last, I added a search engine to the archive. I spent all eve
doing this, after working all day at my job...

My hunch is that this moment is an irreversible step in the reading of
Marx. Not only will it be easier to track quotes down. It will now be
possible to submit Marx to all sorts of textual analysis.
The old dogmatism will break down forever, under the impact of even
more multiple readings, apparently scientifically sustained. eg the frequency of
appearance of certain words at certain times, the evidence
for or against a break between the early Marx and the later Marx.
