And Marxists have frequently found a number of parallels
between Marxist categories and pragmatic philosophers (to be
distinguished from the contemporary run-of-the-mill
neo-Pragmatists on the current scene). I remember a
book called _Logical Socialism_ which set out to demonstrate
that the philosophy of C.S. Peirce was an elaboration in
logical terms of Marx's epistemological and social principles.
