        First of all, I and Mr. Ernst specifically were talking about a news
group to support, not supplant the list.  Second, if lists are "vulnerable to
hostile takeover, it seems to me that that is where revolutionaries should
be, right in the middle of the ring, duking it out with the fascists.  I mean
we are going to have to face the enemy some time.  If the arguments get
tedious, one can stop participating.  I have had a lot of fun on
alt.fan.rush-limbaugh taunting the dittoheads.


        Most importantly, we could centralize and unite the trotsyist,
radical-left, and chomsky newsgroups under the marxist banner where they
belong.  Marxism is the central revolutionary theory, and we should
reestablish it as such.  Right now the red-baiters are still enjoying their
victory.  People use Chomsky, "activism", sectarian ideas like trotskyism,
all to avoid using that word Marxist, and calling a spade a spade.  It really
should stop.  People have to start identifying revolution, and progressivism
with Marxism, otherwise, as we all know, they are fooling themselves.
