In Italy, Telecom (the ex-SIP that still exercise the monopoly of
telecomunications and, you know, monopolies keep prices high!) imposes TUT
(a TAX on telecomunication based on time), so:
- italian people (I mean not-rich italian people)  can't spend a lot of time
on phone.
- italian situation about internet is worst: you have to pay a lot if you
want a full internet and if, at the same time, you want to pay phone taxes.

This is a a reason why I prefer that Marxism stay as a list.
