Urgent (though banal) request for help..

My humble apologies for this,

 I really think it is the privilege of the major contributors to the list
to add to its notorious load by sending an occasional piece of silliness.
The contribution/garbage-ratio needs to be kept at an acceptable level.
However, this dubious thing called Christmas is approaching, so here's a
silly plea from a political light-weight of a semi-lurker:

 Tomorrow evening I am throwing a little Christmas party for some friends
of mine. The theme is the (pre-Glasnost) Soviet Union. As part of the fun
and games, I was planning to send everybody out in the forest to answer a
quiz with multiple-choice questions but I haven't had the time to prepare
any. So, I would be eternally thankful to any list-members who would be
so kind as to send me (privately perhaps) suggestions for questions about
the Soviet Union. Oh and, my knowledge being limited, please also provide
the correct answers...
