Chris B pointed out to me that the "get" command I recommended for getting
Jim Miller's paper from the archive didn't work. And indeed, it didn't.
But I seem to have fixed it, even though I don't quite understand why
my fix is a fix. So those of you you may have tried

get marxism papers/miller.transform

unsuccessfully before, please try again; it should work now.
