Russian revolution & jazz

I seem to remember a book that came out a few years ago on this subject
(i.e., how early jazz was received in the early Soviet Union during the
1920s) called *Red and Hot*. Anybody else hear of it or read it? I'm
going to look for it, and if I find it, I'll report on it here.
