     Another correction or clarification, as well as a
partial answer to Chris's request.  He is correct that the
Sverdlov University lecture of 1924 is _Foundations of
Leninism_, at least in its official Soviet English translation.
It can be found in a volume entitled _Problems of Leninism_.
The edition I've got was published in "Peking" by the Foreign
Language Press, 1976.  It is claimed in it that it corresponds
to the eleventh Russian edition of 1952.  The English translation
of the _The Foundations of Leninism_ lectures are said to come
Stalin's _Works_, Moscow: Foreign Languages Publishing House,
1953-55, Vol. 6.
