I don't think Ralph Dumain or anyone else should "lead" such a
discussion.  And perhaps it would be better to deal with the
specific empirical situations Donna Murch inquired about first,
before getting distracted by the abstract ideological wars we are
accustomed to.  Remember Donna was upset becuase it seemed nobody
wanted to discuss matters that concerned her.  Hence, in this area
above all, we can dispense with leaders.
