Yugo - Carrol proved right?

Carrol Cox a few weeks ago suggested that it was easier of the left
to campaign against our own governments, than for something
positive they do, or they should do.

The lack of condemnation of the NATO action against Serb nationalist
gun emplacements and in fact the lack of comment at all, on this list,
about what is as the newspapers say, a "defining moment" in the
development of international post Cold War politics, IMO rather proves
his point.
