I absolutely give you permission to join the CP--no I demand it, just stay
away from the SWP. If the CP grows, our chances for abolishing capitalism can
only grow. I see the CP as being an important element of the struggle to
make a revolution in the US, just as it was in El Salvador.

I am talking about a more fundamental question which it will take me a
few days to put together. Have patience, lad.
