"orthodox communists" ? Do you mean stalinists and maoists and like that ?
Nobody ever expected anything except a bayonet from them. By all means
lay the blame on the trotskyists, we were serious about being
revolutionaries and we didn't make it. We claimed to offer "leadership"
and didn't have it to provide.
