Actually, the substance of the quote is, "The people of the 3rd World
would rather have their own dictatorship than to have democracy shoved
down their throat by the Americans." We used to have a poster hanging in
our Poli Sci dept. @ DePaul University, but there's been a recent move,
and it's packed away, and I'm unlikely to find the actual quote.
