Apology and conflict

Hello Leo:
I was interested in your thoughtful reply. My guess is that
you are just a bit overstretched and you are letting it get
to you. I have a hunch that one of the reasons
you get tangled in sado-masochistic exchanges is your evident
desire to be sincere. I suspect this feeds a desire among your
political opponents to get under your skin and to prove their
intuition that you are a hypocrite. It ends up quite unilluminating
and personal, which is ironically the opposite of the thought you
try to put into it.
Your interest for me is that you are a supporter of radical
democracy, against which I have been prejudiced, yet I have found a
number of things you have said challenging. I suggest you
concentrate on clarifying the points of principle from the viewpoint
of radical democracy where they relate to concrete questions, and then
this adds to the diversity and interest of the list.
Cheers,
Chris B
