How would this play in the US, another multi-ethnic
nation? Give white folks the Northwest, black folks the South, the Latinos
Texas, and New York and California go to the race-mixers?

Wasn't the "Black Belt South" a serious marxist policy in the USA at
one stage? The National of Islam appears to be advocating the same thing.

clear to me that the *right* is invalid (whether socialists and
democrats would want to promote the use of that right is another matter).
Clarification of this question may be relevant at least for diffusing
divisions among working people.
Does anyone know of more recent marxist positions on this question?
