Guillermo,

My sympathies to you concerning your struggles with the Law and Economics
movement! I'm in philosophy, and I have to deal with these people on a
regular basis. Not pleasant, because those in this ill-defined camp take
occasionally useful models of human behavior (like game theory) and
elevate them into great universal truths.

There's plenty of ammunition to use against these guys. But you'll have
to be more specific about the points being made before list members will
be able to help you. I'm sure if we can help you against the Chicago
gang, we will!

A word of general advice: search out his assumptions (often unstated) and
question them... Good luck!
